LEED for Homes

LEED for Homes is a rating system that promotes the design and construction of high-performance green homes. Run by the US Green Building Council, LEED Homes are Thrid Party Verified for Quality of Installation, Durability, and Sustainability.
The National Green Building Standard™ is the result of a cooperative effort between The National Association of Home Builders and the International Code Council, and is based on NAHB’s Model Green Home Building Guidelines.

Earth Advantage

Built Green is a non-profit residential building program of the Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties, developed in partnership with King County, Snohomish County, and other agencies in Washington State.
Earth Advantage, based in Portland, Oregon, is a nonprofit organization working with builders and developers to bring the most energy efficient, sustainable and healthy homes to the market.
Sustainable Forestry Initiative
FSC is an international not-for-profit membership-based organization that brings people together to find solutions to the problems created by bad forestry practices and to reward good forest management.
SFI program participants practice sustainable forestry on all the lands they manage. They also influence millions of additional acres through the training of loggers and foresters in best management practices and landowner outreach programs.
